J’aime beaucoup ton moule « portions », il serait parfait pour le gâteau aux noix que je viens de publier…une noix caramélisée sur chaque carré…hummm. Et il est très commode pour le découpage du gâteau certes, mais à la longue…c’est « boring » et tampis pour l’anglicisme! Le look du gâteau est très important, mon oeil a besoin de gourmandise! merci pour tes index : très pratique! bel automne à toi!
