Très bonne base pour changer du Savoie ou de la génoise. C’est un gâteau léger et moelleux, mais qui mérite d’être accompagné, sous peine de faire fort « régime ». Personnellement, je l’ai utilisé comme base pour un gâteau d’enfant, avec crème pâtissière entre les couches et mousse chocolat tout autour. Super aussi pour écouler ses blancs d’œufs.
