Merci beaucoup pour cette recette qui m’a permis d’écouler mes dernières clémentines !! On a tous adoré. Par contre, c’était beaucoup trop sucré à notre goût. Peut-être que cela dépend de la sucrosité du fruit ? Je recommencerai la prochaine fois en ne mettant pas de sucre dans mon jus à verser sur le gâteau.
