tout dépend des fours… j’ai indiqué le temps de cuisson qu’il a fallu dans mon four à moi…

Attention au temps de cuisson, 20 mn est plus que pas assez… Je dirais facilement 30 a 35 mn.

je ne saurais vous répondre.. car je ne congèle jamais mon pain..
(mais si vous le faites, j’avais déjà lu qu’on pouvait le repasser quelques minutes au four…)
