non je ne pense pas que ce rhum puisse se faire avec des fruits surgelés.. le résultat ne sera vraiment pas le même (les mirabelles rendent en plus beaucoup d’eau en décongelant..)
il va falloir attendre l’année prochaine.. la saison des mirabelles pour pouvoir préparer ce rhum arrangé…

J’en avais fait il y a deux ans, nous l’avons dégusté l’année dernière, trop trop bon! Pas de mirabelles en 2021, donc cette année, malgré le prix des fruits, j’en ai refait une litre. Il n’y a plus qu’à attendre noël pour nous régaler à nouveau. Un grand merci
