la sauce reste assez liquide effectivement.. c’est une sauce avec du lait.. et non avec de la crème..
nous avions beaucoup aimé.. après les goûts et les couleurs de chacun…

Bonjour Yolande 🙂 une moyenne réussite pour moi… la viande était très tendre en effet mais la sauce au lait est restée très très liquide ( lait demi écrémé pourtant ..) ce n’est pas tout à fait ce que j’espérais … je vous remercie quand même et vous souhaite une très bonne journée
